I am a product designer who enjoys storytelling and tackling complex real-world problems. My passion for design comes from my curiosity about human nature and my love for creating things.
I am currently working at Optym, leading the design of user-centered digital products using optimization technologies to solve complex challenges in the transportation industry. I graduated with an MFA in Interaction Design from the School of Visual Arts (SVA) in New York City. Before that, I gained experience as a UX designer in a design agency based in India and earned my Bachelor of Design in Industrial Design from the National Institute of Design (NID, Ahmedabad). My background in Industrial Design, prompts me to always think about designing experiences beyond just digital screens. I love working in diverse teams and finding inspiration in different perspectives.
